SELECTIVE LASER
SINTERING - SLS

Is a 3D printing technology, which uses a powerful laser as the energy source for sintering and the construction material is a durable thermoplastic polyamide powder PA12, PA 12 GF and PA11. It is an additive manufacturing process, where the hardening of the construction material takes place layer by layer.

Printouts made using the SLS method are dimensionally accurate and durable and they have good isotropic and mechanical features. They can serve not only as functional prototypes, but as final products as well.

Multi Jet Fusion – MJF

Multi Jet Fusion is an industrial technology introduced to the market by the HP Company. is related and, in many ways, similar to the SLS technology. The joining of the plastic granulate is done using heat applied through fusion lamps with the help of several liquid reagents printed with a resolution of 1200 dpi.

Technology

Multi Jet Fusion allows to print parts with excellent mechanical features, high resolution and small details. It is ideal for serial production of a large number of complex parts. The basic material is the PA12 polyamide powder which is suitable for prototypes and functional parts, it has excellent mechanical features and a balanced ratio of strength and flexibility.

Fused Deposition Modeling - FDM

Is currently the most famous and most widespread 3D printing technology, in which a thermoplastic polymer string is melted and then applied layer by layer exactly based on the specifications set by the digital design data.

The FDM 3D printing technology offers a wide range of materials, starting with the basic PLA, ABS, PP, PC and ASA materials, up to and including composite materials designed for more demanding applications.
